Kilimanjaro International is a full-service consulting, training, project support and event management, and staffing firm that focuses on emerging nations. We operate both internationally and locally, bringing in ideas from all over the globe. We also have deep roots in Africa, and most of our projects serve the developing nations of that continent (we remain one of the only consulting and training firms to claim extensive ties to Sub-Saharan Africa.)

We also utilize local services such as banking, and we invest in local economies, both in a monetary and people sense. Our philosophy leads us to acknowledge that you do not abandon a difficult problem, or place--you instead stay and fix it. Thus, our host-country operations management contributes to the pool of indigenous professionals and helps reverse Africa's brain-drain.
