Under the CSS arrangement, KI assumes the responsibility of obtaining and processing work permits; complying with host-country tax obligations; social security and related employment benefits; and fulfilling the financial and administrative functions associated with engaging/hiring contract staff. Partnering with KI gives you access to high quality contract staffing services, without any risk. Options include temporary, contract-to-hire, or direct placement. You can identify foreign candidates yourself and pass them along to KI for assessment and engagement, or we can recommend local top talent.
