Human Resource Management
We help our clients align human resource systems with business objectives concentrating on human resource capacity analysis, personnel planning, job analysis, job description, communication programs, performance improvement, and employee performance appraisals.

Project Management
We help in project management by setting performance standards, monitoring and evaluating progress, and carrying-out performance evaluations. Records Management
We assist clients in managing records and documents so that they become accessible information that can be utilized in making effective and efficient decisions. We create record management policies and procedure manuals; integrate record keeping and information management with knowledge management frameworks; design and develop record management systems compliant with ISO 15489 standards; develop strategies for record and document management systems; develop functional requirements and technical architecture for record keeping and document management systems; and train staff, both as part of consulting assignments and on an ad hoc basis as requested.

Specialized Services
