Public Service Reform
We serve governments implementing various reform programs. We facilitate ministries, departments and executive agencies to rediscover, redefine and reengineer public service. Like any organization, a government ministry, department, or agency must develop internal capacity to complement its human resource capacity in order to realize its SMART Objectives. Records Management

We create record management policies and procedure manuals; integrate record keeping and information management with knowledge management frameworks; design and develop record management systems compliant with ISO 15489 standards; develop strategies for record and document management systems; develop functional requirements and technical architecture for record keeping and document management systems; and train staff, both as part of consulting assignments and on an ad hoc basis as requested.
