- Institutional Strengthening
- We serve government, business and civil society organizations/institutions implementing various reform initiatives. We assist ministries, departments, and agencies in rediscovering, redefining, and reengineering public/civil service so that it truly serves the interests of all citizens. We're about building trust and fostering compliance, acceptance, and service delivery by:
- Reviewing the leadership and governance mandates, structures, planning and implementation efforts and performance; identifying adequacy and transparency of performance review efforts; determining adequacy of policies and practices for managing transitions in leadership and senior management mechanisms;

Focused on the essence instead of the short-lived industry fads in organizational development, we routinely seek and have consistently been awarded consulting projects to:
- Design; facilitate organizational development improvements that strengthen the leadership and performance of an organization. These include mandate, policies and procedures, systems and management of key functions in administration and operations, human resources development, accounting and financial management, program and service delivery, and external relations and advocacy.
- Develop strategies to monitor as well as evaluate the performance of organizational change and improvement.
- Design; facilitate processes for effective planning and preparation of an organization's strategic plan.
