About Us

A creative and visionary organization with broad experience in international development, Kilimanjaro International (KI) helps governments and people in emerging nations meet the challenges of the 21st century. We have established a presence across several continents, with member firms in several African countries and offices in Washington, DC and New York City.

Our development partners include several United States government agencies, particularly the Agency for International Development (USAID), Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), African Development Foundation (USADF), and Department of State (USDOS); the World Bank (WB); United Nations Development Program (UNDP); the United Kingdom Department for International Development (DFID); Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA); and the African Development Bank (ADB).

In business since 1997, we provide consulting, training, project support and event management, and staffing services to entities around the globe, with a particular focus on sub-Sahara Africa.

Quick Facts

The best hope for developing countries and transitional economies is the development of both local industry and local talent.

The security of all nations is best served by each nation achieving stability, good governance, strong internal human resources, and the ability to solve problems in an ethical and reasoned manner.

Ultimately, our clients develop the professional capacity to continuously progress toward their preferred future: higher efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness in serving their stakeholders; transparency in governance and financial dealings; self-reliance and self-respect; and the eradication of poverty. And they accomplish this from the inside-out.
